Chronology of Major Bomb Blasts in India – Whoz Next??

I do not understand how can blasting bombs in public places and killing innocent people be a solution to any damn problem?! It is not something that bombers should be proud of, in fact this shows how coward they are. If they have got real guts they should directly attack those people or organizations who they think are the reason for their disappointment.

But for how long will this news make a difference in our lives? We angry now, we show our grief, our disappointment, our anguish, our agony, and hope that it never happened. We want to kill those who did it. Bad people… very bad people we say… Soon the storm will calm down, the waves will level up… We forget… Fearless again, we get busy with our lives… A couple on a date, A family out for a Saturday evening, A small kid buying a lollipop, A mother buying a vegetables, A brother buying a gift for his sister… … … Bang…! bang again… and again… Series of blasts… whoz next….?? The cycle continues…

  • August 25, 2007: At least 43 people killed and more than 70 others injured as two bombs rock a crowded outdoor auditorium and a popular eatery in the southern city of Hyderabad.
  • November 23, 2007: At least 13 people were killed from serial blasts outside courts in three north Indian cities and 40 people wounded following a threatening email sent to television channels just minutes before the blasts.
  • May 13, 2008: At least 60 people killed and 150 wounded in what police said was a terror attack in the popular tourist city of Jaipur in the western desert state of Rajasthan.
  • July 25, 2008: Seven blasts strike the IT city of Bangalore killing at least one person and injuring at least 15 innocent lives.
  • July 26, 2008: Just 24 hours after blasts in Bangalore, Sixteen blasts rocked Ahmedabad on Saturday killing at least 45 people and injuring more than 100.

The reason I am writing all this is not to say, “Its high time we should do something”. Something…what something…?? Things have gone too far and I see no coming back… But there is something each and everyone of can do.. Try being good to people around you… Because during the bad times someone might pop-up and say, “Hey, Dude let me take you to the Hospital”… and the reason would be just as small as a smile, that you passed them when they were disappointed in life…

A small request for those who have read so far. If you can take out few seconds, please pray for the souls of those innocents who have lost their lives for no reason.
May their souls rest in eternal peace. Ameen.
